Coralie Creed Ralph, infant daughter of Mark and Tiffany Ralph, passed away Thursday, February, 25, 2016 in Clarksville. She was born February 25, 2016 in Clarksville.

Coralie is survived by her parents, Mark and Tiffany (Moody) Ralph of Hartman; three brothers, Andrew Ralph of Clarksville, Cody Ralph of Ozark, and Hunter Ralph of Hartman; one sister, Darian Ralph of Hartman, along with many other loving family.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
