Hazel Guin, 90, of West Memphis died Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Methodist University Hospital.
Mrs. Guin was a member of Missouri Street Church of Christ and a Pink Lady at Crittenden Memorial Hospital; she retired from the Colony Shop as a sales clerk...
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton E. Guin Sr. and a grandson Matthew Guin.
She is survived by a daughter, Pat Rodgers of Munford, TN; a son, Gene Guin (Terry) of
Ooltewah, TN; three grandchildren, Angela Rodgers, Michelle Crowder and Trey Guin and three great grandchildren Calli Davidson, Cam Beck and Cobe Beck.

It breaks my heart to hear of Mrs. Hazel. I last visited with her after Christmas, and of course, she was as beautiful as ever. Talking with me about when I was just a "little thing." This precious lady will be missed by all who was blessed to know her. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Gene and family so sorry to see we have lost Mrs. Guin. I only knew her from going to the hospital but she was always so nice and helpful to me.
Gene it has been so many years since I have seen you. I see you do not live here anymore and so sorry you had to come home because you lost your mom. Please keep your eyes and heart on The Lord for he is our Comforter at all times. I will be praying for you all as well as safe trips back to your homes.
I am sorry by health kept me from coming to any of the services.

Pat and Gene we are so sorry to hear about ms. Hazel. Always enjoyed talking with her. Pat so sorry we are unable to attend services. Would love to see you. Erica is now under hospice care. And unable to leave her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
