Carol L. Starkey, died on January 20, 2016. She was born Saturday, November 2, 1963 in Conway, AR. She was preceded in death by her father, Dalton Starkey.
Survived by her son, Paul D. Mayo, her mother Bettye Starkey, two brothers James D. and David H. Starkey, her best friend Margie Hill and numerous family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
Carol and I became friends working at Virco together, and have remained friends all these years. Carol was a very sweet, honest person and a great friend. I will miss her. Lesia
Carol and I worked together and were friends for many years. We shared a lot of laughs and good times. She was truly a good person with a big heart. My prayers for the family.

Auntie this is so much I would love to say to you! The biggest thing is thank you for being the best Aunt to Stephanie and me it's going to be so hard knowing! We can't talk to u anymore! But I know ur up there in heaven with Grandpa talking about everything that he has been missing since the Lord's angels took him! But to my family this was unexpected we had no idea! That we was going to wake up and Auntie would be gone! I know it hurts them just as bad as me! I know we will all miss her alot! Seeing her smiling face waiting for her to say something! About what is going on! Well Auntie I love you! And all ur baby's miss you !

Starkey family , My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to all of you in this time of need. My family (the Conrad's) have known you for a very long time. I'm deeply saddened by the loss of Carol. It brings me joy to know my son is up there in heaven welcoming her with open arms. She will be deeply missed.
