Carol L. Starkey, died on January 20, 2016. She was born Saturday, November 2, 1963 in Conway, AR. She was preceded in death by her father, Dalton Starkey.
Survived by her son, Paul D. Mayo, her mother Bettye Starkey, two brothers James D. and David H. Starkey, her best friend Margie Hill and numerous family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.

Auntie this is so much I would love to say to you! The biggest thing is thank you for being the best Aunt to Stephanie and me it's going to be so hard knowing! We can't talk to u anymore! But I know ur up there in heaven with Grandpa talking about everything that he has been missing since the Lord's angels took him! But to my family this was unexpected we had no idea! That we was going to wake up and Auntie would be gone! I know it hurts them just as bad as me! I know we will all miss her alot! Seeing her smiling face waiting for her to say something!
