Devon Brown, age 72 of St. Joe, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, January 7th, 2016 at his home. He was born in St. Joe, Arkansas on August 31, 1943 to Roy Brown and Ruby (Still) Brown.
Devon worked as a mechanic most of his life until he became disabled. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors when he was able. Spending time with his family, kids and grandkids brought Devon much joy.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings, Rockie Brown and Willowmae Still.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Brown of the home; daughters, Sheila Corder of Harrison and Regina Knapp and husband Terry of St. Joe; sons, Randy Brown of Bee Branch and Deland Brown of Pindall; seven grandkids; fourteen great grandkids; and sisters, Nevelean Adams and husband Coy of Eatonton, GA, Wilma Jean McCarville of Fort Smith, Roselee Arnold of Harrison and Cheryl Brown of St. Joe.
Funeral services for Devon will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 9th, 2016 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Joel McCarville officiating. Special music will be performed by Bro. McCarville and Terry Knapp. Burial will be in Still Cemetery in Marion County, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Macy Brown, Kason Knapp, Justin Brown, Kelcey Knapp, Michael Hammer and Matthew Saxon. Honorary pallbearer will be Michael Eddings.
