Patricia A. ''Pat'' Coney, 69, lost her battle with Alzheimer's, November 24, 2015. Those who knew Pat knows of her love of purses and having her house clean. She also loved Sunday drives with her husband and visiting with her daughter and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Hope Courtney of North little Rock, AR.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Homer of Sherwood, AR; daughter, Melissa Coney Barrett and husband Robert of Plymouth, MA; three loving grandchildren: Thomas, Courtney, Hunter Andrews all of Plymouth, MA.; brother, Rodney Courtney and wife Carolyn of Alexander, AR; her mother-in-law, Evelyn Sampley of Sherwood, AR; her father-in-law Dallas Coney of Malvern, AR; sisters-in-law: Carolyn Haynie of Sherwood, AR, Lucy Fox of Seattle, WA, Mary Sue Coney of Alexander, AR and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m., on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, AR 72116 (501-791-7400), with graveside services following at 2:00 p.m, at Rest Hills Memorial Park.

I met
pat, when we were working at teletype we became friends instantly. She was a great worker, great friend. We often had many great talks and laughs. I deem myself lucky to have been in her life. She always talked about her family and how much she loved them. I will be praying for her family and friends, she is in a great place now!
