Charles Barry Rowe, 70, of Oneida, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Rowe was born March 27, 1945 at Blytheville, Arkansas to the late Raymon Evert Rowe and Leo Nora Ellis Rowe. He was a self- employed electrical engineer and of the pentecostal faith.

Mr. Rowe is survived by his wife, Linda Rowe of Oneida, Arkansas; one daughter, Mary Raney (Spencer) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three sons, Joshua Neeley of Oneida, Quinn Harper of Forrest City, Arkansas and Elbert Harper of Jonesboro; two sisters, Lenora Faye Sparks of Lexa, Arkansas and Linda Kay Kile (Doug) of Nevada; three brothers, Noah Rowe (Barbara) of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Don Rowe of Texas and Douglas Hicks (Tina). He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, David Rowe.

Seen Max and Beverly. Unsure any of you left like to stay in contact. Tryed before nothing back. So been keeping my distance thought what you wished maybe. Sorry, he's gone. Mrs Faye, I am so sorry about your loss. I remember Barry being around all the time when we were kids, he was a sweet man.
