Marcella Bernice Warren

of Lamar, AR

July 7, 1917 - October 31, 2015

Mrs. Marcella Warren, 98, formerly of Lamar, passed away October 31, 2015 in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born July 7, 1917 in Brainerd, MN to Martin and Selma (Larson) Wang.
Marcella and her husband were caretakers for several years at Pinecrest Camp in Ozone. She was a pastor's wife to Nazarene churches in Cabot and Altus, AR and Vinita, OK. She currently is a member of New Hope Church of the Nazarene in Clarksville. After her husband's retirement she worked in the laundry department of Johnson Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Warren is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Odis Warren. She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Perry (husband Michael) of Ft. Smith, AR and Joyce Ratliff of Roland, OK; one son, David Warren (wife Ruth) of Pleasanton, KS. She has four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 7:00-8:00p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Warren's funeral service will be 10:00a.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Roach and Pastor Caleb Miles officiating. Burial will follow in Hagarville Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to New Hope Church of the Nazarene.

Marcella was such a sweet person. She has left a great legacy for her children and their children. I can imagine her having a wonderful time with her family and friends in heaven. I am sorry for your loss.
