Raymond Houston Skinner, 77 of North Little Rock, AR passed away September 22, 2015. Born April 13, 1938 in England, AR to Tressie and George "Dick" Skinner. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Peggy Hogan, Beth Venable and brother Jimmy "Buddy" Skinner, grand children Jason and Andrew Skinner, and great grand children Kassidy Smith and Jacob Potts. He is survived by Lillian Skinner, wife of 57 years, his children Carl, Marvin "Randy", Annette, Darrell, Melinda, Charles Allen and Carroll Wayne, his sisters Patsy Price and Darlene Cash, 18 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 4 daughters-in-law and 2 sons-in-law.
