William ''Bill'' N. Cox, 79 was born to Glenn N. and Nancy Foster Cox on August 18, 1936 in Searcy, Arkansas and passed away on September 3, 2015 in Searcy.

Mr. Cox was a retired carpenter and a member of First Baptist Church, Kensett. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Vera Cox, two brothers, Glenn A. Cox, Oran Wyatt, and a sister, Helen Bass.

He is survived by a son, James Cox of Searcy, four grandchildren, Tyler, Jesse, Kyle, and Jenna Cox, three great-grandchildren, two sisters, Margaret McDaniel, Linda Staggs both of Searcy, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will begin at 10 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy. Funeral Services will begin at 11 AM.
Interment will follow at Foster's Chapel Cemetery.

Jimmy I am sorry I will not be able to attend the services for your dad. I really thought a lot of Bill and also your Mom. I know you will miss him. Take comfort in knowing that he is with your Mom and they can go eat fish together again. If we at First Baptist Church Kensett can do anything for you, please let us know. I know Bro. Joe would have loved to be here in your time of need. May God bless you and your family.
