Bill was a great man & it was a privilege getting to know him in my time at Jack Binions Steakhouse. He made everyone around him better for having met him. Now that I work for Aflac I get to see how many lives he impacted on professional level. He was a great man.

My sincerest sympathy go out to Bill's family. I went to school with Bill and had many good times with him in DL and continuing on in the cities. Bill and I were roommates there and attended many North Star games with him, we also bowled together. When you were with him you Never knew what was going to happen but you knew it was going to be exciting. I have many memories of our times together, most of them legal.
I was in DL this past weekend and my wife and I drove by the lake where Bill lived not knowing at that time of Bill's passing."wild Bill" you will be missed.

Thoughts and prayers to all of Bill's family. Bill and my brother Dick, cousin Bob, shared many an adventure growing up in DL. I was also exposed to his charming personality.. I cannot ever remember Bill not having a smile on his face, nor speaking an unkind word. We lost my brother Dick several years ago, maybe they will meet again now.
Our family will treasure and honor Bill's memory.
God bless all.

Rhonda and Family,
Tye and I can not express how deeply sorry we are to hear of Bill's passing. We had the privilege to call Bill our friend... He lit up the room with his smile and laughter. He knew how to make you feel so welcomed and at home whenever you were around him... He usually did this while handing you a famous "BILL SPECIAL".... I know how much he loved Rhonda and his family .. Please know he touched so many of us and we are all better people just by knowing him.. To say he will be missed goes without saying.. We love you Billy Wee and are blessed to have known you.

Bill was a rare individual in that he seemed to always have time to care for others. He was so kind and generous and he helped me to deal with the recent loss of my mother as well. It won't be the same here at work without seeing him walking around the neighborhood spreading his smile and obvious joy.
Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends as we learn to live in a world that is now without his sweet and gracious spirit.

Dearest Rhonda, Desiree and Wenberg Family,

... With pure spirit, and his whirlwind of delightfully unique work AND play attributes, Bill danced into our lives to treat gorgeous Rhonda to an evening gown that caught his discerning eye at ELLE. The rest was magical ...

He soon became the impresario at every party and the
Patron Saint of anyone who needed a jump-start into life, love or joy. He was a lightening rod for bringing out the best and brightest in everything and everyone he touched.

We all smile broadly when we think of Bill, and in his passing MUST seek his sweet spark within all of us who loved him so!

Although "one of a kind" is overused, it is a great description of Bill. He loved life and made sure those around him were enjoying it with him. He will be missed but certainly not forgotten. I think his favorite hat "LUCKY" is how I feel for having met Bill and have him as a friend for the past 28 years. Many others were lucky as well.

Beth and I send our prayers to Rhonda and the Wenberg family.

Our deepest sympathy to Rhonda & family. I spent my college years with Bill in the MSU Vet's Club. Bill asked me to be the keynote speaker at the annual AFLAC meeting in Little Rock, Ark. Bill opened the door for me to speak at numerous other AFLAC Conventions across America. Bill wanted his people to succeed, the sign of a true leader. Bill was a people person, the life of a party and a great friend. Thanks Bill for the memories and opportunity to speak to your associates. RIP my friend.

In the years as Bill’s administrator he taught me so many life lessons. Things like don’t make major decisions based on emotion – emotion’s change. Think long term- what you do or say today really does effect what happens down the road. Work hard but forget to play. Bill’s life was short but he truly lived very moment of it. My heart and prayers are with Rhonda and the family.
