To the family of Tanner
May you find comfort in the Lord I see he called Tanner home, back to himself as Christ Jesus created him. I'm very sorry for your loss and though I do not know you or your family breaks my heart to see young people dying
Here is a special poem in honor of Tanner
Lord God, source and destiny of our lives,
in Your loving providence You gave us Tanner
to grow in wisdom, age, and grace.
Now You have called him to Yourself.
We grieve over the loss of death so young
and struggle to understand Your purpose.
Draw him to Yourself
and give Tanner full stature in Christ.
May he stand with all the angels and saints,
who know Your love and praise Your saving will.
Tanner your soul and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of Christ Rest in paradise

We did not know your son Tanner, but we’ve had difficult times like you’re going through right now. My wife and I lost two sons in the past and we cherish their memories as you do of Tanner.
You may not think so in the next few weeks, but as time passes you’ll be able to think more on the good times that you had together and less about losing your son.
It is always good to hear people remember and name the one you’ve lost. . Tanner will not be forgotten by friends and I hope they’ll talk with you about their good times with him.
I teach at VHS and had Tanner in class last year. So shocked and sorry to hear of your loss. Tanner was a great kid in class and I am heartbroken for his family and friends. I can't make it to visitation or the services, but wanted to let you know that I will be praying for your family.

We are so sorry for this huge loss to the family and the community..
It is tearing at our hearts.
We met Tanner when he was 10 year old and watched him grow up to be a fine young man because of such a close loving and caring family that instilled discipline and moral compass that is lacking in too many people these days.
