Roger W. Moore, 86, passed away July 4, 2015. He is survived by his wife of almost 63 years, Joyce Moore, son Robert Moore of Atlanta, daughter Pam Lilley and husband Vann Lilley of Omaha, and son Bryan Moore and wife Carol Moore of Jonesboro, and six grandchildren he adored. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 36 years, retiring in 1992. Roger had many hobbies. He played trumpet with various big bands, and he loved learning about the world in general. Most of all he was a skilled fix-it man.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Geyer Springs First Baptist Church (building fund), 12400 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210.
Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, July 8, at 3:00 P.M., at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, 224-8300, with visitation one hour prior to service.

our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I had no idea roger was a musician, I would have loved to hear him play. I can only imagine the years of joy you brought to each other.

We enjoyed Roger as a neighbor for several years. We will miss him. Our condolences to family.
Joyce, I love you my friend and sister in Christ, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Roger had a sweet soul and I know he will be greatly missed. Praying that God will surround you with his loving arms and give you the peace and comfort that you need during this time of loss.
