Deal Wilcox Bell (D.W) was born October 3,1945 to Deal Bell and MellJean Browning Bell. He passed away Friday, June 19, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Joseph Michael Bell. He is Survived by his brother Bob (Susan) Bell, and his only niece, Amanda Katherine Wofford and husband William, and his great-nephew , John Browning Wofford.
D.W. was a graduate of Conway High School, University of Central Arkansas, and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He worked in accounting at Russell Brown Company, and also with the State of Arkansas Department of Retardation Development Disabilities Services. He later went into business with his brother, Bob, and ran 286 Grocery & Station and later Bell Brothers Oil Co. D.W was a veteran of the Air National Guard.
Graveside Services will be Monday June 22,2015, at 10:00AM at Oak Grove Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Conway Public Schools Foundation at P.O. Box 62, Conway, AR 72033
Sad to learn rhat DW has passed. He was there for me when Joe died. I moved away and lost touch since then Nov 1980 but I have never lost the memory of that. I know DW will be missed too . I am so blessed to have known the Bell boys and wish the family peace.

We were saddened to learn of Dub's passing. He & Bill were classmates & friends from first grade through high school. Friendly & outgoing, always ready to tell you a story. Know he will be missed. You are in our prayers.

D W was a good Friend of mine during school and afterwards. He had his demons as we all do, and fought hard over the years to win out over them.
He's at PEACE now and finally they are gone.
