Darla and boys,
We wanted to let you know we are thinking of you and praying for peace and comfort.
I am so sorry for your family's loss. Doug and I have worked closely together for the last 18 years and I have come to truly respect him for his work ethic and his walk with the Lord. He has comforted me in times of sadness and helped me when times were hard. He will be missed and I know nothing I can say can assuage your sorrow but we know he walks with God.
Larry & Kathy,
We were so sorry to hear that you lost your brother, Doug. From reading about him he sounds like a fine Christian man in every way. We weren't surprised, knowing you and your
family. Our love and prayers go out to you all.

Miss Jane,
I am so sorry to hear that your son, Doug, passed away. I have heard it said that children are not supposed to go before the parents do. How true that must be. I have never lost a child or grandchild. I hope I never do. You are a precious lady and from all that I have read about Doug it sounds like you are Mr. Howard raised him according to God's leadership.
My love and prayers go out to you,
Sherrye Tullos
Darla, I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for peace for your family.
Doug was one of the first supervisors I worked for at the IP-Pine Bluff Mill in the early 1990's. He was a true professional, a tremendous mentor, a dedicated company employee, a devoted family man, and without a doubt, a man of God. Very saddened to hear of his loss and my deepest sympathies go out to the family. God bless you all.
I have known Doug for almost 20 years now and have developed a relationship with him thru our work that one rarely finds today.
He was a very dedicated man to his job and his family.
He gave it his everything. His passing has been an incredibly hard time for me, but I will never forget you Doug.
You were always my friend and I thank you for that
I pray that God comforts your family in this great time of need
We Love You and will miss you

Am very sorry to read of the passing of Doug. I worked with and for Doug in the Engineering Department of IP in Pine Bluff. We both were from the south west part of Arkansas and I had utmost respect of him. My prayers go out to the family in this time of grief and sorrow. May God Bless.
I remember playing basketball with him in the 80s on our church league at Lee Memorial Baptist Church in White Hall, Ar. A Godly man and it showed. I'm deeply sorry for your loss.

We are saddened at the untimely passing of Doug. We met Doug about 30 years ago at FBC in White Hall. Even though it has been several years since we have seen the whole family they were in our thoughts. As long as we have known Doug he was a walking and talking testament of God's love. Darla remember that you,Tyler and Colton are in our thoughts and prayers. I ask GOD to put His loving arms around your family and give you comfort always.
I worked with Doug at GBP for several years and remember what a pleasant and kind individual he was. God Bless him and all his family. I am truly sorry for your loss and my loss of a great person.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time and the time to come. Doug was an example of what God wants us all to be. He was not only our friend, but a mentor to us during our walk through this life.
With all our love,
The Smith Family
Darla & family,
Prayers to you all during this difficult time. Sorry for you loss. May God wrap his loving arms around you all in the days & weeks ahead.
"I would rather see a sermon than to hear one" is a statement that I've heard many times in my life. I would say that Doug Latimer "showed us a sermon" through the Godly walk he walked every day. I respected him for his intelligence, work ethic, good nature but most of all his willingness to stand up for his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ! God bless Darla, his boys and his work family at Green Bay Packaging. He will be greatly missed but fondly remembered.
So sorry to hear of your loss. My heart goes out to the Latimer family. My prayers are with you all.
Please accept my deepest sympathy. Doug was a dear person, and well-respected. I so enjoyed his singing. Praying for those dear ones left behind. He will certainly be missed at Wooster FBC!
So very sad to hear of Doug's passing. Although I've not seen him in a great many years, he was a good friend while we attended U of A, sang in New Creations, UBC etc. Recognized his smile immediately. His family will be in my thoughts & prayers in the coming weeks & months. I know you will hold on to and cherish all the wonderful memories you've created together. God Bless.
Sorry for your loss. Doug was a great co-worker, and he will be missed.
Our prayers are with his family, and may God be with you.

Doug was one of the greatest men I have ever known. I feel lucky to have been raised up around him and his family. A godly man that always had a smile on his face. Many memories were made with him from camping, four wheeler riding, and fishing. Heaven just got a little sweeter. Cant wait to see you again one day Mr. Doug
Darla, Tyler, and Colton,
Words just cannot express how much this news has saddened me. Doug was my customer and my friend. I started calling on Green Bay in 2007. One day during the early part of that year I was standing in the maintenance shop, looking at a piece of equipment. This guy I didn't know walked up to me and said,
"Hi David, I'm Doug Latimer."
We've been friends ever since. I will miss him. God bless your entire family.
We are so sorry to hear about Doug. Our prayers are with your family.

Darla, Tyler, Colton, words cannot express how much impact Doug had on those around him. It was an honor to work with him at Green Bay Packaging. There is no doubt that he is with our Lord and Savior now. One day we will all get a chance to see who we have touched in our life on Earth and I imagine Doug's list is going to be a long one. May God bless you and keep you in this time of sorrow.
My heart breaks for the loss of my friend, my classmate, my Christian brother, but I rejoice in the knowledge that one day we will all be together with Jesus.
