Cameron F. Mayberry, 90, of Bono, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born February 15, 1925 in Hickory Ridge to the late Conrad Lee and Georgia Ruth Urfer Mayberry. Mr. Mayberry worked for Crain & Co., and Jonesboro Public Schools as an electrician. He was a member of the Bono Church of Christ. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening, tinkering in his shop and photography.

Mr. Mayberry is preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Survivors include his loving wife, Agnes Mayberry; a son, Denny (Glenda) Mayberry of Holts Summit, MO; a daughter, Janet (Adrin) Neely of High Point, NC; a sister, Virginia Elaine Edwards of PA; four grandchildren, Derick (Karon) Mayberry, Lori DeShaun Wings; Justin Craig (Robin) Neely, and Kelli Michelle (Brook) Jordan; and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Tuesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday at the Bono Church of Christ. Burial will follow at the Lewis Cemetery in Hickory Ridge.

The family wishes to thank Home Health, Home Instead Senior Care, and the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.

Cameron will be truly missed by all of us here at Parkey & Davis. I will miss him coming into my office and chatting about his gardening and his great sense of humor! Heaven is very lucky to have him and we will be praying for his family and Mrs. Agnes in this hard time,

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Cameron was a good christian man and we have good memories of him and Mrs. Mayberry during their years in Hickory Ridge. Our prayers are with the family. Clarence & Ann
