Kenneth Dean ''Red'' May, 76, of Sulphur Rock, died Sunday, April 5, 2015, at White River Medical Center.
He was born in Winfield, Kansas on January 25, 1939, to Robert Elmer and Florence May (Gaddie) May.
He was a retired Welder.
Survivors are his wife, Jean (Hood) May of Sulphur Rock; two sons, Bobby Dean May of Eufaula, OK; Scott Eugene May of Okemah, OK; one daughter, Sherry Jeanine Hendricks of Claremore, OK; one stepson, David Hood of Sulphur Rock; three stepdaughters, Annetta Watkins of Sulphur Rock; Cindy Bass and Debbie Sanders both of Sulphur Rock; and seven grandchildren; twelve step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Russell May of Salina, KS; and two sisters, Rita Marlar of Rogers, AR and Roberta Breeder of Texas.
Preceding him in death was his parents; one daughter, Deborah May Ashton; and one grandchild, Aaron May.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
