Betty Jean Webb, 86 was born to Thomas and Lena Dennis Black on November 3, 1928 in Flippin, Arkansas and passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Mt. Vernon, Arkansas.
Mrs. Webb enjoyed sewing, fishing, going to basketball games and her church. She is a retired school custodian.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 34 years, Cleo C. Webb, Sr., a daughter, Pamela J. Webb, a son, Thomas A. Webb, two brothers, Lawrence Black and James Black.
She is survived by her two sons, Cleo C. Webb, Jr., (Karen), Mark A. Webb, (Susy), Five grandchildren, Felicia Sue Lafferty, Marissa M. Webb, Emily K. Webb, Jacob A. Webb and Tommy F. Webb, five great-grandchildren, two sisters, Glenda Buckley, Mary Lee, other relatives and many friends.
Vistation on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 6-8 PM at the Romance Full Gospel Church.
Funeral Service on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 10 AM at the Church. Interment in the Romance Cemetery.

Mrs. Betty was a true matriarch to all of us girls at RFG church. She was always willing to help, lead, guide. She was a treasure here on Earth and I know she will shine like the sun in Heaven. I will miss you, my friend, but I'll see you again one day in Glory!
I love Aunt Betty dearly. She and my mother were very close sisters. Will always miss them both loved to sit and listen to them talk.
