Uncle Carl,
You will be missed by so many that knew you and loved you! I still remember you putting the boxing gloves on Carla Beth and I and laughing as she pounded me into the floor! Fond memories of coming to your house, (which I always loved) with Grandma Arra for visits, fish frys and hanging out with family. Say hello to Aunt Carolyn, Grandma Arra, Granny Lizzie and Grandpa Homer for me!
With love and affection,
Your niece Connie

I am sorry for your loss. Your dad was a good man. I met with him many, many times. He was an honest and caring person. He knew where he wanted to be in life and stood there. He is missed. And, he touched many, many lives.
Be comforted in knowing he did great things.

Carla, Darin, David we want to you how much we love you guys and how much we will all miss Uncle Carl. He meant so very much to us all. He was so very patient with Jimbo with that unconditional love he always exhibited in any situation. I remember the smell of the TV shop and all of the TV's and radios that he so meticulously worked on with such detail. He helped me understand teamwork and selflessness in the regular Sunday afternoon football beat downs that he and the guys put on us younger fellas on a regular basis even when we tried to bring in a ringer or two to help our cause. Please know that your Dad made such a difference in so many lives that his legacy will be shared for all of time. We love you all
Carla, David and family I hate so much to see you have lost your dad. But think of all the wonderful years you had him here on this earth. Look to The Lord for comfort until you get to see him again. God is our Comforter and He will be there for you.
Love In Christ,
Linda G. Williams

I have some of the best memories growing up around you and your family. It was at your house where I watched my 1st TV show in color. Words can't express how much Mr Carl meant to each member of our family. He was always there for us. He made many a road trip with my daddy and always kept us supplied with home grown veggies. He was like a second dad to me and he filled a void in my life. I will miss him. You are in my prayers. Heaven has gained an angel that touched many lives while he was here.
