Roger A. Bowie, of Greenbrier passed peacefully away on Feb 12, 2015. He was born November 7, 1948.
Beloved husband of Lynda Ruth Bowie. Beloved father of daughter Heather Porter and husband Brian D Porter and to daughter Jeanna M Moss and husband James Moss. Treasured grandfather to Jacob M. Palmer. This man has been known for love and kindness. Never turning away a person in need. He has been a soldier and then traveled the world on business and work but has given the world to his family, in which the greatest of these is love. He is now in his heavenly home.

Preceded in death by his parents, WD Bowie and Margie Bowie, and by one brother. He is survived by 8 siblings and a multitude of family. Memorial Service will be held at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, Hwy 65, on Thursday, February 19th at 1pm with food and fellowship to follow.
