Mrs. Frances Jeanette Doebele, 75, of Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015, in Little Rock. She was born in Clarksville on September 3, 1939 to Garland and Margaret (Blackard) Felkins.
Mrs. Doebele retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone. She loved her family, and her dogs. She also loved to read.
Mrs. Doebele is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Loyal Doebele; daughters, Kimberly Sue Doebele of Little Rock and Tammy Jo Doebele of Little Rock; son, Eric Lee Doebele of Little Rock; granddaughter, Rainey Elizabeth Jones of Little Rock; sister, Patsy Lee of Russellville; brother, Douglas Felkins of Wichita, KS; her loving companions, Scruffy, Smokey and Lucy.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00p.m., Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Doebele's funeral service will be graveside, 2:00p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Stillwell Cemetery.

I really enjoyed the times I talked to your mom and grandma. She was a very funny sweet woman. Short and fiesty like my mom.
You will always have her memories etched in your hearts. I know this is rough now and if any of ya need to talk I am just a phone call away.
