Linda Smith, 70, of Charleston, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born on January 2, 1945 in Pennsylvania to her parents Clair and Carrie (Brady) Hayes. She was a housewife, of the Baptist faith and enjoyed her time at the Senior Center in Charleston.

She is preceded in death by her husband of twenty-one years Howard Smith, her parents Clair Hayes and Carrie Cartwright and a sister Nancy Tucker.

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Hibbs and son-in-law Ron Hibbs of Magazine, AR; a son, Eric Gruber of Russellville, AR; a sister Lorraine Henderson of Fort Bragg, CA; two brothers Don Hayes of Seattle, WA and Les Hayes of Greer, SC; two grandchildren Carrie Hibbs and Justin Hibbs both of Magazine, AR and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a Memorial Service at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Paris on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
