Betty Ann Moyer, 67 of Clarksville, AR passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 in Clarksville. She was born August 7, 1947 in Bossier, LA to John Pierce, Sr. and Mattie Lee (Talley) Baskin.
Betty enjoyed reading, yard sales and quilting. She loved to watch Hallmark and Lifetime movies. Her favorite gospel group was the Gaithers. She especially loved taking care of her Yorkie, Romeo.
Mrs. Moyer is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Johnny Baskin. She is survived by her sons, Aaron and Amy Moyer of Lamar, Jason Moyer of Clarksville; brother Randy Baskin of Clarksville; sisters, Alice Murphy of Springdale, Sharon Sandberg of South Dakota; grandchildren, Shelby and Caleb; great-grandchildren, Kane and Alex.
Mrs. Moyer's funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Tumbleson officiating. Burial will follow in Harmony Cemetery with Doug Baskin, James Baskin, Steve Bean, Bob Bean, Raymond Patterson and Clyde Patterson serving as Pallbearers.

I was a classmate of Bette at CHS. We graduated in 1966. I will always remember Bette for her sense of humor and her kind heart.
Also her driving her Falcon back in the day.
My deepest condolences to the family , especially Jason and Aaron, whom I remember as toddlers.
