I loved Mrs. Bradford. She was such a special friend to my mom while she was at the nursing home. I continued to visit her after my mom passed away and she was always such a joy to be around. I am saddened for her family but, OH so happy for her. She talked all the time about going home and she is finally there.

Ernestine was such a joy to be around! I loved hearing her stories and just getting to be apart of this wonderful woman's life. When I go to work tomorrow it just won't be the same without Our "Rosie" There will never be another like her. She will truly be missed. When I heard the news it was instant waterworks. We all loved Ernestine and I can promise you that none of the staff at GNRC will ever forget her. It has been an honor to take care of your loved one and please know my life was forever changed when I meet Ernestine Bradford! Rest in love and peace my sweet friend.

I love you so much aunt Ernestine!!! I have so many wonderful childhood memories with you and uncle Floyd and being at your house!! Your love for all of us kids was strongly felt and you were such a hands on aunt loving to talk and play. I always loved going for a visit and when we got there as soon as we open the door we would see all this food you had cooked for us all morning long.. The rolls and over on the bar was several different pies one of them being a butterscotch which was my favorite!! I will always look at bright red lipstick and think of you!! I love you!!

We are so sorry for your loss. We went to visit her 2 weeks ago and she was still so sweet and happy. She would always hold my hand for the entire visit. She really enjoyed talking about the old days and always smiling when we would visit. Such a sweetheart.

I loved Ernestine! I have done bible study on Thursdays at GNRC the last 4 yrs and she came every week, when able. Always dressed up with lipstick on, a scarf and hair fixed. She offered me some lipstick :) on occasion, I'm not a makeup person. I loved her hugs and " I love you so much, you don't know how much you mean to me" ... a special lady! I will miss her! My prayers are with you all!

I was so sad to hear of Ms Earnestine's passing. I had the pleasure of doing her hair for several years at the Nursing Home.. she would come to the salon door to chat and give me a hug just about every day. She always had something funny to say.. one day someone asked her if she had to take a lot of medicine.. she said "Like feeding corn to a chicken".. I could not quit laughing.. she was a wonderful lady and a good friend to me.. l love you and will miss you Ms. Earnestine.

I got to know Mrs. Bradford while my mother was in the rest home. After my mother passed away, I continued to visit her there and liked to take her lipstick. I had her Christmas present wrapped and ready to take to her. I am so sorry I did not get the opportunity. This lady was a joy to be around and always kept a bright outlook regardless of her surroundings or circumstances. I know that it was her greatest wish that she be able to go home. My sorrow is diminished by knowing that she has finally made it HOME. I look forward to seeing her again. Until that time, she will be greatly missed. My prayers are with her family at this time.
