Wayne and family I am so sorry for your loss. Vickie was a very special lady. We have had laughter and tears over the years. She took me under her wing when I first joined the Eagles, she was a true sister. My heart aches for each of you during this difficult time, may you find comfort and peace. You will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts.

I loved Vickie just as I love all the Long girls. Growing up across the street from them was a high light in my life. Our families were one, if not two or three and sometimes four. She was and will always be special to me. Berry missed.
I love you Vickie.

May God Bless and keep you in his loving care as we all mourn the loss of a great friend and teacher. Vickie taught us a lot, she shared smiles, happiness and her knowledge freely and lovingly. We will miss her and always remember her teachings and smile.
God has a true angel teaching at his side.

I know that Vickie touched many lives and there are many friends that have a little hole in their lives because she is gone. For me, memories of Vickie will always have a smile or a laugh. Her nickname for me was Obiwan. My prayer for her family and all that loved her is that the light that she brought to your life will always shine in your memories of her.

As the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. - We need not lose heart in our heartaches. God is working through our trials in a mysterious but productive manner. As we place our focus on His eternal presence, we will have sure and sturdy "HOPE". I say to my supervisor Ms. Linda and to the entire family You, too can be encouraged, knowing that God is in control of your life, both here and hereafter. Cry if you must, but...shed tears of "HOPE" end result you will see "Wife VICKIE" "Mother VICKIE" "Sister VICKIE" " Aunt VICKIE" and "Friend VICKIE" again. God Be With You.
