My thought and prayers are with you all. Mama Ruthie was loved by all who knew her. She was always such a loving caring woman. I am so thankful to have been a part of all of your lives growing up. She was always like a 2nd Mom to me. May you find peace in knowing that she is at peace and through all the love she shared with everyone who crossed her path.

Sending you all my love,

I want to say that I am so sorry for the loss of such an amazing woman. Aunt Ruthie has been very influential in my life. The visits to Arkansas are some of my fondest moments growing up. She always had a smile and could brighten any room. Even though we didn't live very close or visit often, I will miss her terribly. Prayers to her children and grandchildren. I know how very special she had to have been to each of you.

To Ms. Slaughter's children, I am so sorry about your loss. What a beautiful lady. Please be comforted by your precious memories of the good times that you shared with her. God also provides comfort for us during times of grief. His written words are like a letter from a father to his children.

Life is a gift from God and is very precious in his eyes. Death is not stronger than God … it is God’s enemy. God promises to undo death and reunite us with our loved one to a better world ... 1 Corinthians 15:26; John 5:28, 29; Revelations 21: 3,4.

“The one who bears the sweetest name and added luster to the same, who shared our joys, who cheered when sad, the greatest friend, we’ve ever had ... for there’s no other can take the place of Our Dear Mother.”

We were sad to hear of Ruth's death, she and I were co-workers at BRMC.for many years, She trained me for the
S/B in 1986 & releaved me for breaks.we worked the same shift and weekends until 2003 She was a wonderful person gave me much encouragement. then. We met occasionally at stores or sometimes chat on the phone. Ruth will be missed. She was proud of her twogranddaughters who played on the girls basket ball team. and met some of them and Bonnie too.
Our deepest sympathy to Ruth's family. She had been in my thoughtst lately. Wish we could give each other a hug again.since the last time we met. RIP Ruth you were one of the Best co/workers I had.at BRMC

With Love & Prayers
