Frank Balgavy, 77 and of Vilonia, passed away on November 29, 2014. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on December 3, 1936 to the late Francis ''Frank'' and Lora Dean Balgavy. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he was a retired car inspector from the MoPac and Union Pacific Railroads.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Frances Ussery Balgavy; a son, John Balgavy, and his wife, Jane, of Austin and their son, Hayden Balgavy, of Little Rock; a daughter, DeAnna Babcock, and her husband, Fredrick, of Morrilton; a grandson, Fredrick Babcock II, and his wife, Miranda, of Indianapolis; a granddaughter, Ashley Willis, of Morrilton; and a great grandson, Andrew Hall of Morrilton.
A memorial service will be held at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation to the charity of your choice be made in his name.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I remember seeing your family at Aunt Bernice's house. I remember always tagging along when my sister Carol came over to play. Take comfort in all the good memories you have. Lean on the Lord and let Him comfort you at this time. Love to all.
