Imaleta ''Polly'' Mills, age 79, of Harrison, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2014, at Highland of Harrison Orendorff. She was born February 14, 1935, in Western Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert and Goldie (Funk) Sisco. Along with her parents, Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Haskel Mills; and her step-mother, Vena Sisco.
Polly was of the Pentecostal faith. She married Haskel Mills September 3, 1954. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Polly loved to make quilts and embroidery.
Polly is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Rhonda Mills, Douglas Mills, and Kevin and Janet Mills, all of Harrison; her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Lee Belding, of Harrison; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.
Visitation was Saturday, November 22, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Graveside service was Monday, November 24, 2014, at Glencoe Cemetery, with Bro. David Shekels officiating.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers were Highland of Harrison Orendorff staff, Dr. Kevin Jackson and staff of Crossroads Medical Clinic.
