Mr. O.C. Williams is the only older man I know of that can tell you a new story every time you talk to him. I loved hearing about his life of service in the Military. Working with him - you could not ask for a more gentle man than him. He was easy to look up to, a very humble man. I wish I could have talked with him on Veteran's Day. He will be missed by many.

Louise and family. Barbara and I have many fond memories of our visits with your family. I have many memories of O. C. from our time working together at the armory.
I will remember O. C. as being full of life, always smiling, always ready to pull a prank on a fellow worker, and as a friend.
He will be missed by many friends and his family.
May God continue to be with you and the family.

OC was a great friend to us. Our trip this past September. was such a wonderful time together. He was a wonderful care giver for his wife Louise. He leaves a great impression on his family and friends. We will dearly miss those calls to wish us happy birthdays, anniversaries, and calls when we exchanged happy birthdays to the respective branches of the service that we served in. Semper Fi Marine.

Mr. O.C. is one of a kind. I have never known anyone as kind and thoughtful as him and Ms. Louise. He could tell some great stories of his time in the military, Japan, basketball and his kids. He is a great example of courage, leadership, and a Christian man. I am blessed to have know him.
O.C. and I worked together at H&R Block and I would also come to his house to help him with his computer issues.
