Suzanne Porter-Cross, age 54, of Harrison, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014, at her residence. She was born April 1, 1960, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, to John and Patricia (Gizzi) Porter. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother, John D. Porter.
''Fall in love with as many things as possible'' was Suzanne's life guiding quote. She enjoyed fishing, computers, crocheting, knitting, arts and crafts and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an individual who was always willing to love, care for others, and was self giving.
Suzanne is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Rachael Case, of Harrison; her son, James D. Winberry, US Marine Corp; her father, John Porter, of Harrison; and her grandchildren, Scarlett Marie Jones of Harrison, Kailey Renee Winberry of Summerville, South Carolina, and Douglas Joel Case of Harrison.
She is also survived by her sister, Diana L. Jones, of Harrison; her grandmother, Margie Palmer, of Harrison; and a host of family members and dear friends.
Graveside service was Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
