Vicky Rose Harvey-Baker of Knoxville passed away on October 10 in Little Rock. She was born in Bloomington, IL on May 20, 1971 to Harold and Gertrude Jones Harvey. Vicky was a member of the Knoxville First Baptist Church and often volunteered for the 4H club. She enjoyed fishing and created many craft projects. She had a great love of animals.
Mrs. Baker is survived by her husband Wesley of Knoxville; step son Kevin Baker; sisters, Roxey Harvey of Lincoln, IL, Bobby Harvey of Bloomington, IL, Carolyn and husband John Wilson of Atlantic Beach, FL; sisters-in-law, Peggy Swopes of Knoxville, AR, Jeannie Felegi and Mel Sams of Van Buren, AR; brothers-in-law, Eddie and Noriko Baker of MD, Fred and Trinidad Baker of Knoxville, AR; father-in-law, Paul Baker of Knoxville, AR; nieces, Linda Wilson and Sarah Wilson; best friend of twenty nine years, Diann and husband Jeff Martin of Clarksville, AR; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, as well as many other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
