Dennis learned the value of hard work at an early age by picking local produce for area farmers. He then worked at Jack Daniel's Truck Stop during high school pumping gas and changing flats. In 2013, he was honored as the sole recipient of the Wayne Bailey Lifetime Achievement Award in Nashville, TN where he spoke on stage in front of hundreds at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. I called on him several times to help me with his expertise on different tracts of land & he was always there. We got to talk a lot recently about our lives on a couple trips to the Buffalo River & to east AR. I have lots of great memories of Dennis. What an expert in his field.
