I have just heard of Mickeys passing. He and I were very close friends when my father was Pastor of the Fisher Street Methodist Church in the early 1950's. His sister, Dana Sue, use to call us shadow one and shadow two as we were always together. My thoughts are with all his family.

Ms Glenda and family, words can never ease the pain that you fill. Mr. Mickey was a very special person to so many. Such a kind, gentle spirit that always had a smile and a hug. When we first started back to BUMC as a family, you and Mickey welcomed us with open arms. Hayle recalled yesterday, that Mr. Mickey was the first person to say I love you to her at church. His smiling face will be missed so terribly, by so many! Praise GOD for people like Mickey Neff! May you find peace and comfort from our father's open arms. Much love!

Dear Neff Family,
I pray for your strength and comfort through your time of loss. Mickey was good to all us Brookland kids growing up. Even though I didn't know him as well as others he would see me at the gym and still speak and make feel special. He is having the time of his life with Jesus right now and I am sure he has all God's promises in Heaven right now. Mickey has touched lives in a special way he will live on forever.
Dear Neff family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy on Mickey's passing. I loved him and will miss him. May God hold you in His arms. You are in our thoughts and prayers, He was truly an Icon for Brookland schools. Love and hugs to each of you.
