I am very honored to have been chelsea's friend and growing up together through high school...she was a very bubbly person and she always made everyone laugh with her spunky personality...I wish i would have stayed more in touch with chelsea after the move to little rock schools and college. I know that chelsea is in a better place and with her father and nicole...She will always hold a special place in my heart. I love you chelsea. Ambee (amber) and Kevin Tarver
