Donna Milam and I are so sorry to hear of Murel's passing. May God be with the family through this sad time and know that Ms Murel is now in heaven with John, what a happy meeting that was. May peace be with you now and always. John Vernon was my cousin and my other daughter Becky worked with him at OES for many years. We were very fond of them both.

So sorry for your loss. Know that Heaven has gained another angel. She was loved and she knows that. Have peace in knowing that she lived her life how she wanted, and she touched so many even in death. I know you are sad, but this is a time of celebration. Celebrate that she was love and that she shared that love with you. God bless! Rest in love, mawmaw.

They say there are angels here on earth disguised as angels--if that is true, Murel had to be one of them. God has now called her home and what a reunion it will be.
What a wonderful Christian woman she was and I'm so grateful to have known her !!!

To the Harrington Family,

It saddens me to hear the loss of this sweet dear lady. I will miss her at the ballgames with that sweet smile. She loved her community, always seemed to enjoy life and loved her children. It hit me today, the Greenbrier community has lost 2 of their most dedicated senior sports fans, with the passing of Mr. Ed Hammontree and now Murel. She was a kind christian lady and I'm bless to have known her. Take comfort in knowing she is in a glorious place and seeing Mr. John. God Bless each of you.

We are so sorry for your loss, know that she has made a great reunion with your Dad already. When I helped at the voting sites, I always enjoyed visiting with both of them. So happy together. I remember when she came in with her arm broke or in a sling, they had a little incident with your Dad's little truck. The story as they told it was so funny. Every time I seen your Mom she was smiling and so happy. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I met Mrs. Harrington when we went to church together at Pickles Gap Baptist Church. She was a very kind and loving woman with a heart for the Lord. One thing I really liked about her was that she was a plain spoken person. You never had to wonder what she thought about something because she would let you know. I always enjoyed being around her and Mr. Harrington. They were so different and the conversations were always interesting. I can still hear Mr. Harrington saying "Now Murel"! I am looking forward to seeing them both again some day.
