God bless you and I pray for peace for you all. Jackie was a friend I met through Keep Pike County Beautiful. She was always so excited with our projects and joyfully helped everyone. She was a positive influence for me and I will always see her vibrant smile when I think of her. She will be missed but well remembered!

I was saddened by the news of Jackie's death. It was such a shock. Jackie had such a sweet smile and a great personality that I don't think there is anyone that would not be touched by her. I am blessed to have known her even if it was for such a short time.
She will be greatly missed and my prayers are for Gordon and the rest of the family.

Jackie and I were friends in high school and graduated together. She was always so sweet and soft spoken. I have fond memories of her. God bless all of you who survive her. Her voice is now being raised in praise to God in Heaven. In that, we can rejoice.

We are crushed to not have you with us any more Jackie. As were we when you decided to leave town, we are saddened. Your decision after you're sisters death to up and go where you're heart was was the right thing to do as you got to spend you're last year on you're property . There has not been a day gone by that I don't look out my kitchen window to see if you are passing walking your dog and your walking stick. We miss you , I will be watching for you. As you said , " life is too short".

Jackie was such a friendly, happy person; always willing to volunteer to help. I was in Oxley EH Club with her and she and Gordon attended the Leslie Methodist Church, usually sitting behind me. Our community has had a shock; she will be greatly missed.
My prayers are for Gordon and her family and many friends.

We are all still in shock and disbelief at Jackie's passing. I met Jackie just over a year ago when I joined the Oxley Extension Homemakers Club. Jackie is one of those rare people that uplifted you with her smile and sincere, "How are you today" followed by a big hug. She was always eager to volunteer with any project.

Gordon, our prayers are with you,
Joyce and George

I am so saddened to hear of Jackie's passing. I played music with her for five or six years in the South Louisiana area. She was always so kind, fun, and a great entertainer. I send my condolences to Gordon and the rest of the family.

I only met Jackie last year while we were having VBS. Ironically, I learned of death at VBS this year. We clicked from the beginning. She even came to our church a few times. I wish our friendship could have been longer. We shared many of the same interests. May God comfort the family

I was so shocked and sorry to hear of her passing. I didn't get to know her very well, but she had the most wonderful smile and so friendly. When she started coming, I was playing the piano and didn't get to visit with people very much, but she will certainly be missed. All your family has my deepest sympathy. God Bless You.
