Anna E. Bean, 75, of Clarksville, passed away July 1, 2014. She was born September 19, 1938, in Ozone, Arkansas, to the late Bee Andy Smith and Lillie May (Seyfert) Smith. She was a hardworking, conscientious, detail oriented person and was loved by all that knew her. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and a blessing to the many lives she touched. She was a devout Christian and a member of East Mt. Zion Trinity Baptist Church, she was owner of Balloons N Things for 20 plus years, she was co-owner and secretary/treasurer of Bean Tool and Die for 18 years.
Mrs. Bean is survived by her husband of 59 years, Levon Bean of Clarksville; one daughter, Cynthia Diane Wewers and husband, Ed, of Clarksville; three grandchildren, Jeremy Williams and wife, Jennifer, of Clarksville, Brad Williams of Clarksville and Erin Elsken of Paris; three great grandchildren, Kassity Elsken and Katherine Elsken, both of Paris and Emmalyn Williams of Clarksville and Brecken Sawyer Williams who is due in October; one sister, Peggy Corlew of Alabama; four brothers, Johnnie Smith and wife, Bertha, of Clarksville, Donald Smith and wife, Deloris, of Lamar, Jack Smith and wife, Johnnie Mae, of Rogers and Gary Smith and companion, Lou Ann, of Lamar; six sisters-in-law, Anna Ruth Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Edna Davis of Clarksville, Wanda Mooney of Clarksville, Joy Stevens of Fort Smith, Phyllis Bean of Clarksville, and Nancy Welborn and husband, Bob, of Paron; four brothers-in-law, Bobby Freeman of Lamar, William Bean of Clarksville, Jim Bean and wife, Freda, of Paris, and Cecil Bean of Lamar; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
Mrs. Bean is preceded in death by her parents, Bee Andy Smith and Lillie May (Seyfert) Smith; two brothers, James B. Smith and Roland Davis; two sisters, Emma Freeman and Betty Brammel; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marvin and Realon Bean; two sisters-in-law, Ann Skiles and Betty Bean; and four brothers-in-law, Danny Joe Bean, Emmet Corlew, Steve Stevens and Dean Mooney.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, July 3, 2014, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home. Mrs. Bean's funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 5, 2014, at East Mt. Zion Trinity Baptist Church, with Bro. Robbie Jackson officiating. Celebration of life (eulogy) will be given by Denton Tumbleson. Burial will follow in Stillwell Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wendell Sears, EJ Sexton, William Bean, Steve Bean, Cliff Clifton and Mike Yarbrough.
Honorary Pallbearers will be brothers and brothers-in-law.
Vocalists will be Cathy Lasater, Adrian Lasater, Bob Bean and Phillip Sexton. Pianist and vocalist will be Randy Mooney. Committal service vocalist will be Jeremy Williams.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the East Mt Zion Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund.

Levon and family I was unaware of your loss until just now. Anna and I were classmates until I left school in 1955 for my Air Force Career . I am sure she is sorely missed but likewise she is at rest. And as you know, I can share in your grief.

When we moved back to Arkansas I went in your moms store. I hadnt seen her in 25 years and I walked in and she said "hello Teresa". We talked awhile and she was so sweet. So sorry for your loss.
