James Wallin Rhodes joined our heavenly Father on June 12, 2014. Born July 15, 1959 to Hugh Bentley and Lina Margaret (Wallin) Rhodes, James spent most of his life with his companions and loving care givers at Conway Human Development Center where he was always quick to hand out an ''I love you.'' James will be remembered as an avid sports fan who kept scores for televised games. He was also a competitive swimmer and enjoyed summer camps at CHDC.
James is survived by his brother Joe and Linda (wife), step-brother Bob, half-brothers John Alvin and Hugh Bentley, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. James is also survived by everyone at CHDC who provided his care and loved him over the years.
A memorial service for James will be held Thursday, June 26, at Conway Human Development Center (150 E Siebenmorgan Rd.) at 1:30 p.m.
