Paul R. Herald, 87, of Conway, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014. He was born on July 11, 1926 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Basil Nesbitt and Minnie Oney Herald.
Paul retired from the railroad where he worked as an engineer for 33 years. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of American Legion, VFW, several hunting clubs, and a member of Victory Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas.
Paul is survived by his wife; Helen, sons; Kim and Keith Herald, and Dewayne and Perry Mannis, eight grandchildren and four great grand children.
He is preceded in death by a son, Basil Herald and his daughter Pam Skinner.
Visitation will be held at 10:00A.M. on Saturday June 7, 2014 at Victory Baptist Church in Conway. A memorial service will follow at 11:00A.M.
