I first met Bill when I became a new Investigator with what was then ATU. He was Investigator In Charge of the Huntsville, Al Pos of Duty. He was most friendly and helpful to a brand new Investigator and treated me most kindly.
I have accompanied him on some of my first raids
on moonshine stills and be was a great support to a new Agent. He was a gentleman and friend.

Bill has been a true and trusted friend and a pleasure to work with in Adoniram Lodge. Enjoyed many interesting and entertaining conversation with him at the lodge. Always was particularly interested in listening to his flying stories and how much he enjoyed flying his plane. He will be missed by many. Prayers to all his family.

We will all miss Bro. Bill, especially members of his church and Sunday School Class. I enjoyed being his teacher and having him in my class so much. God bless his family.

Only just met Bill about a month ago, he was my friend's Dad. We all enjoyed a gospel concert together, so glad I got to meet him. So sorry for Paulette's loss.
