I grew up on 9th Street, and Regina, Kathy, Ricky and Randy lived across the back alley from us. Regina was one month older than I, and she was my first friend, probably from the age of 5. I was such a 'tomboy', playing ball with the neighborhood boys, it was nice to get to play girl stuff with Regina. I always loved going to their house...more kids. We would practice 'cheerleading', cook on my little iron stove out in the back yard, make outlines of houses from pine straw or whatever we could find. I moved to Texas right after high school, but always remember hoping to get to reconnect with her at class reunions. I remember her beautiful auburn hair, her smile, and kind spirit. Sorry, we never got to visit again. Your mother was always a kind and caring person and I loved her. Wish I could know more about her life after we left high school. Sometime, maybe one of you can get an email to me, as I would love to know about her and her family.
My thoughts and prayers are with her siblings and children. May God bless you all

I was friends with Regina n(and Kathy and Ricky) at Calvary Baptist church in Fort Smith many years ago. She was one of my best friends in junior high school. I had no idea she lived this close to me. So sorry to hear of her passing.

Your friend,
Kimberly and family.
I'm so sorry for your loss. You've been the perfect daughter and you've sacraficed so much of yourself and your time to ensure that your mom was taken care of. If you need anything, just call me. Love you and can't wait for you to come back to work...it's quiet without your sense of humor!!! Muah!!!
Kathy & Jarod, may God comfort you in this time of great loss. I loved Ms. Regina. Even though, I only knew her a short while, she was one of the sweetest neighbors and friends I've known. I enjoyed living next door to her and will always cherish the friendship we made. God Bless and keep you close.

My dear Sis. I cherish you and will miss you so much. You were sunshine on a rainy day and a gift to anyone who knew you. I was always amazed at the love you generated from people, even those who knew you for a short while. You never met a stranger and made the smiles of babies and young children light up. We will all miss you. I love you to the moon and back.

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. ~Author Unknown
