Dr. Robert Paul Fox II, 50, of Batesville died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at a hospital in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Globe, Arizona on February 12, 1964 to Robert Paul Fox, Sr. and Lula Mae (Moore) Fox. He was a medical doctor and a member of the Arkansas Medical Society. He enjoyed gun collecting, the outdoors. He enjoyed reading, was a do-it-yourself carpenter and was a fitness enthusiast. Most of all, he loved his family. Survivors include his wife, Melissa “Missy” Fox of the home; two sons, Robert Paul Fox III and his wife, Amber of Robertsdale, Alabama and Jacob Isaac Fox of Daphne, Alabama; three daughters, Rachel Allison Fox and Mallory Elizabeth Fox both of Daphne, and McKinley Faith Fox of Batesville, Arkansas; and one grandson, Austin T. McClellan of Robertsdale; his father, Robert Paul Fox Sr. of Texarkana, Texas; and sister, Renita Johnson and her husband, Thomas Ray, of Doddridge, Arkansas. His mother preceded him in death. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Roller-Crouch Chapel with Bob Fant officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
