we were shocked and sincerely sorry to hear of dr. fox passing. he was above and beyond the call of duty to see to all of ones health issues. he was the most compassionate person and doctor we have ever known. He was not only a great doctor but also a true friend to us all. He always spoke to us outside the hospital and as a doctor saved my arm in the er after several visits i finally received him as care taker and he got the ball rolling making sure i got the best care. he took the time to talk shop to his patients and understood of us all. he gave 125% to his friends, family and to us patients. we love and miss him dearly. all our love goes out to his family and prayers for you all are daily in our hearts may god bless you all in your time of sorrow.

I was saddened to hear of the loss of Dr. Fox. Dr. Fox certainly used the talents God gave him. I was as interpreter for the hospital for many years. Dr. Fox was always kind and compassionate with all patients, regardless of race. I told him once I wanted to be a missionary, but my health wouldn't allow this. He said "You don't have to travel far away to do mission work. You are doing it here." And when I was a patient in the E.R., I always wanted Dr. Fox. Praying for his family and friends and patients.

Missy and family,
I have been praying for you for many weeks know when we all first learned of Dr. Fox being sick. My heart goes all to all of you and I cant imagine what you must be experiencing. As many have already said he was one of a kind doctors. All compassionate, caring, and I think of his greatest qualities as a doctor was his willingness to listen. He had been my ER countless times as well for my family and children and was always top noticed and willing to listen. If he new I was in the ER he always made a point to come and check to see how I was doing. May God wrap you in his loving arms and carry you through the days and months to come.. May god give you peace and comfort. Your in my thoughts and prayers...God Bless you all. Kathy Carey

I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of my longtime friend, Robert Fox, M.D.

Dr. Fox and I were paired together on the first day of mediical school, and quickly became fast friends and study partners.

Throughout our medical training, I had the privilege of sharing countless hours and many life changing experiences with Robert.

Over the years Dr. Fox always remained a compassionate and caring physician, who used his expertise and skills to save lives and to bring healing to the people of his community.

Indeed he touched thousands of people in a most unique way.

His great love was his family, yet he was a friend to all and an advocate to those in need,

I extend my deepest condolences to his family in this most difficult of times, along with prayers for the peace of God that passes all understanding.

God bless his memory and his precious family. I shall miss you, my friend!

Dr. Fox was a valued friend and co-worker that I had the honor and privilege of knowing and working very closely with for 20 years. Each day working with him was a pleasant one simply because of his smile and the laughter he brought to the ED, even on the most stressful of days there was his beautiful smile. The man and doctor he was to this community will be remembered forever. There are so many people's lives that have been touched by his gentle voice, soft touch and very tender, not just for his patient's but for their families and his co-workers alike. He personally helped me in so many ways and I will miss him greatly. I look forward to the day I can see that smiling face once again. Rest in Peace my friend. I Love You.

Dr Fox was a very good man and doctor. No matter how busy he was he would always take time to listen if you had a problem. I loved to work when he was working because he helped keep a busy ED not as stressful as it could've been. He is missed. Will be praying for his family. We will understand it all by and by.
