Samuel Brett Mullins, infant son of J.B. and Amber Mullins of Little Rock, was placed back in the hands of his eternal Father, Monday, February 10, 2014.
Samuel is survived by his previously mentioned parents, one sister Penny Mullins; Grandparents Terry and the late Morris Mullins of Vilonia, and Mike and Debbie Quillin of Mena, AR.
Private graveside services will be held.
