Billy Don Fitzjurls, 69 of Mulvane, Kansas formerly of Paris, Arkansas passed away on January 11, 2014 in Mulvane. He was born on May 12, 1944 in Paris, Arkansas to his parents W.C. ''Pete'' and Betsy Jane Fitzjurls. He was a retired construction superintendent and a Christian.
He is preceded in death by his father, W.C. ''Pete Fitzjurls.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Judy C. (Butler) Fitzjurls of Mulvane, Kansas; mother, Betsy Jane Fitzjurls of Paris, Arkansas; daughter, Tammy Schluterman and husband Larry of Subiaco, Arkansas; sons, James Martin ''Marty'' Fitzjurls and wife Misty of St. Simon's Island, Georgia and William Paul Fitzjurls and wife Cheryl of Florida; brother, Paul Fitzjurls and wife Nita of Paris, Arkansas; sister, Vicki Campbell of Paris, Arkansas and five grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 12:30-1:30 P.M. at Roller Funeral Home with burial of cremated remains to follow in Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris

I have many fond memories of a quiet young man who enjoyed playing football. He was always happy and polite. Growing up on the same street and having him as a class mate provided lots of fun days. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to Judy and his family.

Billy Don and I graduated together (Paula Parker). I was shocked to learn of his death. He was always so sweet and quiet in school. Didn't know know him well, but he seemed very nice. I'm sorry that you had to lose such a sweet man and husband.
