Goodbye Rhodie, thanks for the all the memories.
I have known all the Darnells all my life. I have many great memories of softball playing with Rhodi and spending time with Alice Faye and Lee while my Dad and Lee told trucking stories. My heart goes out to you guys as you say goodbye to a sweet lady. Love you all!
Robo and I were best friends growing up in school. She always knew how to make me laugh and was always there for me. I am so heart broken to hear of her passing. I know she is in heaven with God and that one day we will see one another again. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. May God comfort you is my prayer.

Sending my deepest and saddest condolences. Roberta and I lost touch for many years and just rekindled our friendship back in 2011. We spent a lot of time catching up. Some of the things she enjoyed talking about were her church, her daughter and grand daughter. She also found satisfaction in starting an on line support group for parents that had lost a child. I know that this group meant a lot to her and she made many friends through it. May you all find comfort and strength in the fact that Roberta was a Christian and therefore she has life everlasting.
This sure wasn’t something I was ready for Rhodi, but your journey was complete and God called you home, rewarding you with your Angel wings. You possessed the most kind and caring heart and there isn’t a day that goes by I don’t reflect on laughter we have shared, the closeness and bond that bound our friendship over the years was Heaven sent. Our paths took different routes, but our hearts stayed true to that bond of friendship. Watch over us down here, until we meet again. Love you my friend. Mr. Lee, Edgar, Cathy, Catherine and family, you will all be in my prayers in the days that come.
