Billy Don Pearson, previously of Conway, AR, passed away on Wednesday evening, November 20, 2013 in Broken Arrow, OK. He was the son of Willie Pearson and the late Ed Pearson.
He leaves behind his mother, Willie Pearson, a daughter Amy Pearson, a sister Carolyn Cantwell all of Broken Arrow, OK, and a brother Mike Pearson of Fort Smith, AR. Also left behind are more friends than can be named.
His funeral will be held10:00 A.M. Sunday, November 24th at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, AR. He will be laid to rest in the Pearson Cemetery.

I first met Billy in Cam Ranh Bay, Viet Nam in 1971. I think he was on his second tour or late in his first, after being wounded. He treated me great and I will always appreciate him. Just found out about his passing yesterday ( we were traveling for the last two weeks) or would have attended the service. He was a brave Soldier who cared about his fellow Soldiers. Our prayers are with his family and friends.

Billy Don was one of my friends When we were growing up and later, i haven't seen him though for many years, but know that me and others that knew him are going to miss him. may the good Lord bless and keep him.
