He is survived by his parents, paternal grandparents: James and Robin May of Leachville and Kellye Adamson of Trumann, maternal grandparents: Roy and Kristal Hurt of Manila, Paternal great-grandparents: Connie Jones of Trumann and Gordon and Katherine May of Osceola, maternal great-grandparents: Dewayne Mays and Patsy Hurt of Manila, great-great grandmother: Bernice Southern of Monette, great-great grandfather: Harvey Hubble of Lepanto, three uncles: Jamison May of Etowah and Corey and Blade Hurt of Manila, three aunts: Karrisa and Gracelyn Gregg of Trumann and Amanda Bittner of Leachville. He was preceded in death by his uncle: Hayden Hurt, maternal great grandmother: Joannie Mays, great grandfather: Roy Hurt, Sr., 2 great-great grandfathers: Glen May and Genie Carter, and great-great grandmother: Sue Hubble.
