We will always remember Clyde for his kindness, laughter and a smile on his face. Charles knew Clyde since elementary school and they were the best of friends. We all became close during the several years of softball. Those are GREAT memories. One thing we know is Clyde's smile was huge when he talked about his son, Andy. He was a VERY proud dad. Andy always remember that your dad thought you hung the moon. May GOD give you all strength and comfort during this time. Clyde's spirit will always shine. God Bless each of you.

I worked with Clyde at Skylite Sign & Neon and Comcast Cable. He was a great person, father, friend and a avid sports fan. Clyde had a real knack for relating to people; their problems, and would do anything for anyone. It was "an honor" to have known and been friends with Clyde. I know that he will be greatly missed by all of those who met him. Our thoughts and prayers will always be with you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with Clyde and his family. Clyde was just a really nice guy. I went to Junior High with Clyde and last saw him at the Mills class reunion, even though I had not seen Clyde for over 20 years we picked right up. I know he will be missed.

I first met Clyde in high school. We became good friends not long after meeting him. We worked together for a few years and I really enjoyed talking to him at breaks and lunch. He was so easy to talk to and he never seemed like he had a worry in the world. My favorite memories of Clyde was during the many years we played softball together. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Clyde for a little over a year when I was with Flag and Banner. Clyde was the most kind hearted man I knew. He would do anything for anyone. He and I would go to lunch often and would have wonderful conversations about everything. Clyde was a good friend and will be greatly missed. I will be praying for each and every one of you in his family.

To Clyde's Family: It's been several years since I last saw Clyde at our class reunion and even more years since we spent a lot of time together, but Clyde will be remembered as a caring man with a bright smile and easy-going attitude. When we had our class reunion in 2001, I had the chance to talk to Clyde on the phone for quite awhile, and it was as if we'd been in close contact since graduation. He was very approachable and friendly, and he will be missed by many of his old school friends. God bless you all in this time of sadness and loss. Karen (Greenlee) Rodgers

I have known Clyde since High School. We had lost touch for awhile and then we ran into each other in East End and he was still the same Clyde that I had went to school with. He was always a very sweet , polite and great person to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. He will be missed!

Clyde was our son-in-law, father to Andy, and a dear member of our family. Clyde was always there for our family get togethers, in the summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas and we will always treasure the good times we had in fellowship with him. He was quiet, but always steady, a good man. We loved him and will miss him terribly. He will always be in our hearts. Our prayers for with his family and especially his son, Andy during this difficult time.

Clyde has been a part of my family for the last 22 years and 11 out of the 22 was my brother-in-law. We have shared both good and bad times and many hours talking about life in general and our take on it. We always thought we had it all figured out and wondered why others didn't get it. My family and I already miss Clyde and always will. Clyde has always been the favorite brother-in-law, uncle & friend. Clydes home has always been the favorite hangout of my boys on the weekends and any other times they could go. No matter what was going on, Clyde always dropped everything so "the boys" could spend time together. I pray that god will comfort Clydes family and mine.

I MET CLYDE ALMOST A YEAR AGO THRU A MUTUAL FRIEND. HE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, HAD A SMILE AND A KIND HEART. I HAD AN APPORTUNITY TO VISIT WITH HIM FRIDAY EVENING AT MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE. WE SAT ON THE BACK DECK TALKING AND LISTENING TO THE SOUNDS OF BEING IN THE COUNTRY. CLYDE MADE THE REMARK THAT IS WAS SO NICE TO JUST GET AWAY FROM THINGS, VISIT WITH FRIENDS AND ENJOY THE PEACE. HE SEEMED RELAXED AND ENJOYED THE VISIT. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT I WAS GIVEN THAT OPPORTUNITY ON FRIDAY. NO ONE IS GUARANTEED TOMORROW, SO MAKE THE BEST OF EACH AND EVERY DAY THAT YOU ARE GIVEN. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO CLYDE'S FAMILY AND LOVED ONES AT THE MOST DIFFICULT TIME. I'M SURE CLYDE WILL BE REMEMBERED AND MISSED BY MANY.
