Carlos Mercedes Mexia, 48, of Magazine, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 in Paris, Arkansas. He was born on September 24, 1964 in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico to his parents, Patricio and Ana Maria (Flores) De Mexia. He worked at the Walmart Distribution Center as an order filler and was of the Jehovah Witness Faith.
Carlos is preceded in death by his mother, Ana Maria De Mexia.
Carlos is survived by his wife, Paula Mexia of Magazine, Arkansas; a daughter, Denise Mexia of Nogales, Sonora Mexico; a brother Hector Flores of La Ciudad Obregon, Sonora Mexico; his father, Patricio Mexia of La Ciudad Obregon, Sonora Mexico and a grandchild, Belinda Mexia.
Cremation will be under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday 2:00pm 1718 East Wood Street, Paris Arkansas 72855 at Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall.

Carlos was a good friend and a better person. He always had a smile and a piece of dark chocolate. I will miss running into him in Paris, May he be in peace with our Lord and Savior.
Carlos, you were a dear friend and you will be greatly missed. I already miss your warm smile and caring demeanor. Your one of God's angels now and I look forward to seeing you again! May God bless you and your family.
Danny and I are both sad at the loss of our dear friend. We are sure he is in good hands and being well taken care of and we will see that bright smile again. We loved him as a brother. I wonder if he is giving his heavenly barbers grief about how he likes his hair...Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours at this time.

I am so sorry for your loss. Carlos was an awesome human being, and he will definetely be missed. I was one of the last to see him at work Friday. We will pray for him.
