I just learned of Frank's passing. Even though he was 10 years younger than Martha Ann and I, I remember him well as a sweet little guy. Martha you all are in my prayers. Linda

The first time Frank and I went to Cape Canaveral we were about ready to get on the Beeline expressway and he asked me to get the fuzzbuster out of one of the bags he brought along. A few minutes later we were going across the Beeline with "Life is a Highway" by Tom Cochrane taxing the capability of the rental car speakers. When we got to the Holiday Inn parking lot in Cocoa Beach I commented that it was the quickest I'd ever made that trip.

We were walking side by side going out to the Rose Garden one day and I ran into him because I turned the way I always did to get there and he obviously had a different route in mind. The mishap earned me the title of "the wildebeest" because in Frank's opinion I had worn a "office to Rose Garden" path in the carpet and never deviated from it.

There were many other good times, conversations, and laughs, some to point of making our sides hurt, that I will remember when I think of Frank.

All those that got to know him are very fortunate for the experience. Travel well in the afterlife good friend on the highway that never ends.

I was an engineer right out of college just like Frank, working at General Dynamics Ft. Worth with many of our new friends in Texas. It was a great experience with our shared social group which made a few road trips to Kansas City, Austin, Dallas, Fort Walton Beach, etc. We were an active crew and full of energy (we were in our 20's). We wouldn't miss a party or BBQ and hosted a few as well. Frank's participation in the annual Blowouts was always a joy. Good times. The memories live on.
Your friends will always remember you.

Dick and I were so saddened to hear about Frank. Dick feels a bond with him since he, too, as an Engineer worked closely all these years with Lockheed Martin and still does work for US AirForce in Dayton as a consultant. We will be traveling to Arkansas to be with the family on Saturday and will be praying with the family for his restful repose and lasting peace.

Frank left a lasting impression on my life after I worked with him around ten years ago while he was based in the UK. He was a great guy to be around, for both his knowledge and his sense of humour. I was fairly young at the time so he would offer me advice for life typically with a joke attached, much of which I will never forget.
RIP Frank.

Frank was a valued friend and an excellent engineer. I had the privilege of working with him on a series of aircrew Life Support programs that spanned 25 years. Because of his efforts pilots around the world are safer now. The Life Support Community has lost an outstanding engineer and grieves the loss of a friend.

I worked with Frank for over 20 years and during that time he became one of my best friends. I was so excited when he came to work in Dayton with me. He was a gifted engineer and an even better person. I will truely miss him and my heart goes out to his family.
