Vic will always be remembered as a very caring, polite and professional man by his business associates. I have known Vic as a friend, employee and industry confidant for 12 years. Vic has always made time for people with questions and had a wealth of industry knowledge that he very willingly shared. He is a great man and I wish him eternal happiness as he reunites with Phyllis.
Vic was always a blessing to be with at our ICPC Regional Training Seminars. He was a man with a love for God and a love for people. Enjoy your reunion with your wife and dance your way through heaven! Blessings to your family and friends.
Really beautiful man in all respects. Made everyone feel welcome and was really fun to work with. Will very much miss seeing him. Sincere condolences to the family.
Dear Bockstadter family,
Vic will be truly missed! He was a good friend and an awesome work associate. I enjoyed our relationship while Vic was employed at D&L Supply and continued to enjoy the relationship after he left. He was a very good friend to my father, Jack Leftwich. Please know that he was loved and appreciated! Your family will be in our prayers.
Sincerely,
Linda Cooper
The Precast World, and especially NPCA, has a lot to thank Vic for his service and genuine love for our industry. Jean and I had many laughs and discussions with Vic and he always paid attention to what you were saying; this was only one of many of his remarkable qualities.
Vic, you will be long remembered for your goodness and great love of people. Thank you for all that you have done for the precast concrete industry and the NPCA. May all the joys of heaven be yours!
Vic was a true servant to all who were in need. I have many great memories of his offerings of intelect and candor. A real well rounded man who will be missed by anyone who he had touched in life. God will bless you for your efforts.
We will miss you. Thank you for everything you have done. you have been an Inspiration and have helped all of us.
Vic found me at an NPCA event in Idaho and said " Tauna, what are you doing standing in the rain. " and I said... my shuttle forgot to pick me up.... He said" Come with me and it will be okay. " and from then on, he got me in with CONAC. He was a friend and mentor. He did not take my guff but was there when I needed to talk. I just loved him even thought I did not have the years with him, I got the best ones. I will miss you Vic.
We are so sorry for your loss. Vic was always a breath of fresh air and the sunshine in the room! he was so kind to Mike and I and to ours sons as well. He will surely be missed by all. God Bless You..

While I have only known Vic since 2007, he became a good friend of mine and someone I spoke to often. He was kind with advice and always had time to talk. I will miss you, Vic. God bless your Family.
RIP Vic! You will be sorely missed in the Precsast community. It was a pleasure to have worked with you.
Vic was a wonderful business associate and a personal friend for over 20 years. He was always available for help just ask!!. I'm sure he's in a much better place and can be with his wife once again. Vic will be missed by all that knew him in the industry.
Vic was one of a kind. His spirit was so strong that it was contagious. I always looked forward to the opportunity to see Vic at NPCA gatherings. He was a servant to all. He modeled his faith in everything he did. He was quick to give care and counseling whenever a need arose. Vic was my friend, and I will miss him. The Lord called home a Saint.
"His master replied 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your Master's happiness." ~ Matt 25:23
Truly a great person and role model. Always ready to lend a helping hand as others have recalled. We will miss his genuine interest in our industry and our well being. Vic was a friend to many and will be missed. We hope the good memories will help the Bockstadter family through this time of need.
Pat and I offer our sincere sympathies to Vic's family. We knew him and Phyllis for many years, and always considered him to be a wonderful friend. He is going to be greatly missed by all who knew him, and the precast concrete industry that he loved so much. But, we know that he is happy to be reunited with Phyllis, whom he loved so much.
We will miss his smiling face and willingness to always volunteer. One of the good guys has left us for a better place.
Family and Friends,
I have known and worked with Vic within the National Precast Concrete Association for over 20 years and mourn his passing with great sadness. Vic was one of those few individuals that you could always count on. When he raised his hand and said he would help; he did, he was always there no matter what.
He will be missed by everyone in the industry and by eveyone he touched .
I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed seeing Vic at NPCA functions. He was always so cheerful and always had a smile on his face. That smile will be missed.
My husband died a few years ago. Before he passed he wrote a poem called - "Smiling at The MAN" - I'll bet Vic is doing the same.
Vic has long been one of my favorite guys in the precast concrete industry. His enjoyment of people, willingness to serve, tireless involvement in NPCA and love of the Lord... I know I am not alone in saying Vic will be greatly missed. But I know he is in a better place smiling down on all of us!
Very sorry for your loss! God be with all of you at this time! Prayers for your family and friends!
